Speed That Won't Break the Bank

AOL autos lists the fastest cars under $25,000.  This is tantalizing because not too long ago , it would have been unheard of to pay less than $25K for a vehicle that got to 60mph in less than 7 seconds and didn't break down every other day.  Checkered Flag franchises are well represented with two 2008 VW models (the Jetta GLI and the GTI Coupe), the 2008 Hyundai Sonata SE, the 2008 Honda Civic Si Coupe and the 2008 MINI Cooper S all making the list.
