Checkered Flag Toyota just got the word that it has captured Toyota’s prestigious President’s Award. Toyota bestows this honor upon dealers with top-level customer satisfaction scores – the measure of how well they serve both sales and service clientele – and productivity. Checkered Flag Toyota general sales manager Josh Hamilton says the dealership learned informally about two weeks ago that it had received the award, and when the news was announced in a recent staff meeting, "everyone was very excited about it.
